My name is Darren Folkard!

I am the owner of DF Paving and Groundworks. During my time as a successful contracts manager, I gained over two decades of experience in successfully leading cross functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Armed with a solid background in construction methodologies, I have consistently demonstrated high quality standards of work, stakeholder, and customer relationship management to bring the vision of the project to life. I have previously led the contract management of numerous sites for leading groundwork companies in Wiltshire and Civil and Infrastructure sites for a multi award winning 5-star house builder.

With a proven track record in overseeing the groundwork project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. I excel in aligning customer vision and objectives with organisational strategies, ensuring each deliverable contributes to the overall success of the business.
